Due to limited seating and the condition of some foreclosed properties children under 18 are not permitted on the tour. |

Can I take pictures?
Yes. We will view 6-8 foreclosed properties and taking pictures will be a great way for you to remember each home. |

Do we get to stop for a break?
Yes. We will stop for one break in between the tour. It will be 15-20 minutes long. |

What should I wear?
Please, dress accordingly to the weather and comfortably. Tennis shoes and flat shoes are appropriate. |

"I started working with Rob starting in February of this year (2008). I said I was looking for a decent investment property. I thought I knew what that was until we started talking and found out that my standards were much lower than Rob's and that Rob was not going to let me buy something unless it was the RIGHT deal. Unlike some of the other "investment" Realtors who had approached me he wasn't JUST trying to sell me something that I thought I wanted. We must have easily seen between 30-40 homes in Aurora, Westminster, Arvada, Thornton and probably several other areas that I wasn't extremely familiar. Walking through each home we critiqued conditions, listed pros and cons, and made instant estimates of how much it might take to get a property rent-able or resale-able. I was getting a free education on what did and did not make a decent investment property.
I eventually bought a bank owned home in Thornton which I fixed up using Rob's own contractor contacts which he freely shared. It then appraised for $15,000 to $20,0000 more than I bought it for and now rents for over $350 more than my expenses on the home. I'd definitely use Rob again to buy or sell my own home or my next investment property."
